Although I’m not a huge follower of fashion photography, I have a strong appreciation for Boo George’s masterpieces and the balance he strikes of original shots mixed with a bit of edge, while still being viewed as editorial. It’s important for any photographer to not only be versatile, but to also maintain a strong, relevant voice in today’s art industry. George not only does this with grace, but he makes it look very easy.
Boo George was asked by the ever talented Edward Enninful of W Magazine to capture their fall photo shoot in a beautiful rural landscape. I like the juxtaposition of man made textures with natural ones. Swoon.
